With this arrangement, we shall be requesting you to pay us a certain (fixed/periodic)
management fee which will be determined by both parties as soon as the contract
is awarded to us. We will be fully in charge of the control and supervision of
marketing staff who will be sourced and recruited by us. These staff will be
responsible to our firm and under our employment, while our firm will in turn
be directly responsible to you management. In this vein, it is our duty and

There will be a sales supervisor among this three (3) staffs who will
coordinate the entire sales unit in addition to the primary duty. They will be
directly responsible to you and give departmental performance report on daily
or weekly basis. We will always be around to monitor them and give appraisal to
evaluate their performance on regular basis, which will determine whether they
should or not be retained. It is our believe that our eye opening and explosive
