Under this arrangement, we shall be willing to manage your marketing department with the objective of given you possible maximum occupancy/patronage in order to realize your sales objectives. With this arrangement, we shall be requesting you to pay us a certain (fixed/periodic) management fee which will be determined by both parties as soon as the contract is awarded to us. We will be fully in charge of the control and supervision of marketing staff who will be sourced and recruited by us. These staff will be responsible to our firm and under our employment, while our firm will in turn be directly responsible to you management. In this vein, it is our duty and responsibility to ensure that your marketing drive is excellent and your sales volume is reasonable enough to satisfy your demand. In addition to this, we will also require the use of your marketing vehicle for our marketing agents to carry out their duties. Logistics such as fueling and maintenance of the car will also be discussed during the price/fee negotiation.



Alternative 3: Recruitment And Training of Aggressive Marketers

In this case, we will recruit and train competent and goal-getting marketing executives to handle the sales department. There will be a sales supervisor among this three (3) staffs who will coordinate the entire sales unit in addition to the primary duty. They will be directly responsible to you and give departmental performance report on daily or weekly basis. We will always be around to monitor them and give appraisal to evaluate their performance on regular basis, which will determine whether they should or not be retained. It is our believe that our eye opening and explosive training will help tremendously to enable these marketing executives perform excellently.

With alternative 2 i. e management contract of your sales/marketing section, you stand to gain much more than you can envisage/imagine.
