Business Inception and Growth Strategic Session (BIGSS)
Am sure a great number of us have heard about Brain Storming or Strategic Sessions, have you? Yea I know you have goooood! Those of us who worked in the banking industry or some other well organized corporate entities would know what it means and how important it has been to the growth and expansion of those corporate entities. As much as we know its usefulness, most of us have not deemed it fit to use such in our small businesses, maybe our staff strength is not that large or we don’t think we have the caliber of staff or maybe they don’t operate on the same frequency as us, so we bear the burden of management, growth, expansion and daily operational activities all by ourselves. We end up micromanaging everything including our growth and expansion.
That could be hectic, how much of daily thinking can we do or do you do? How much of brain storming or sessions can we go through on our own to achieve the desired results and can it be as effective as if we are in the company of like or sounder minds? How much time have you given to thinking, strategizing and rethinking as far as that business is concerned? How objective have you being in your thinking and personal brainstorming? How global or broad based has you thinking been? Where has it taken you or gotten your business? And if you think you have made progress, are you sure you have really grown or expanded? WELL, permit me to introduce you to BIGSS (Business Inception & Strategic Session)
it's A brainstorming session where CEOS, Managers, budding entrepreneurs come together to discuss business challenges, problems and a session where solutions will be proffered and follow up is guaranteed. It will be a gathering for just 15-20 business owners or business managers and the main issue will be strategies, tactics, models of inception, growth and expansion using core values, idea commercialization, opportunity scanning, contemporary SWOT analysis, the 5WH strategy etc. ITS A STRATEGIC SESSION not just a training program or a workshop, it’s a program with a difference. You will be heard and you will hear from people of like or sounder Minds. After the session, you will be assigned review partners to carry out regular peer review he will put healthy pressure on you and remind you of your vision or goal or the strategy you adopted.
